A Word About Due Diligence
We all know the importance of protective measures placed within the
purchase agreement. However please understand that all parties are responsible
for performing due diligence on the property in question. Standard agreements will
give ready means , through title insurance, and title commitments, to protect buyers
from clouded titles. However other issues- such as property condition- will require that buyers
make sure of the asset valuation by using home inspections.
Use of home inspections is a very small price to pay for assurance
that the deal is worth your time and effort. Standard contracts can and do include
the provision for home inspections.
All parties agree to indemnify and release from all liability PropertyRiviews for any
damages prior to or subsequent to purchase or sale of property. All properties are assumed
to convey "AS IS" unless otherwise stipulated in the purchase agreement. Property reviews
assumes no responsibility for repairs, rehab, or other expenses related to preparing
any property for purchase or sale from this service. Again, use your
